Summary Campaigner is an email-driven communications platform for designing content, sending messages, tracking customer interaction, and informing next-steps. The Campaigner Experiments tool takes selected variables for the split-test and randomly selects a user-defined number of email recipients from the overall list. After emails are deployed, Campaigner tracks results from the experiment and displays them from a report console. Automation allows the experiment to run automatically, test results statistically, and then deploy the full campaign once established conditions are met, further reducing the need for administrative oversight. The platform ensures users do not receive multiple test emails through a â€Å"fail-safe† feature, which restricts the system by allowing only one email to be sent to a unique address every seven days. Customer Interaction and Delivery Reporting The platform collects data and provides insight on a campaign’s success, broken down by demographic, respondent’s devices used, and interactions over social media.
